FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of controlling the process of obtaining synthetic ("enriched") carnallite, a raw material for the production of metallic magnesium. Said method includes controlling, in the initial ore, the total KCltotal content and not bound to carnallite KCldm, the transfer of the received data to the ore consumption management system and the regulation of ore consumption. Wherein the regulation of ore consumption is carried out by changing the feed rate of the ore by means of a metering device equipped with a frequency converter using a mathematical dependence.
EFFECT: stabilization of the technological process of obtaining synthetic carnallite with a given content of the basic substance.
