SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of banknotes. Apparatus is provided with first and second openings for removing, in which the banknotes are to be deleted are accumulated; transporting unit that transports the banknote to the first window to the second window or removal for disposal; first opening/closing member which can open/close the first window by removing displacement; the second opening/closing member which can open/close the second window to delete by moving; and a control unit. Control unit is designed to control transportation of banknotes to the operation of opening/closing the first and second opening/closing member. When the accumulated number of sheets of banknotes in the first window to remove reached the maximum number of accumulated sheets during dispensing processing, the control unit performs a switching operation.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase the speed of processing.
