FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for fastening caterpillar vehicles on a railway platform. Device includes spacer element consisting of two rectangular channels with U-shaped cross section, outer surfaces (7) of which are designed for contact with caterpillar vehicle rollers (6), and the lower sides (9) are designed for installation of caterpillar chains (4) on the inner surface of tracks (10). Opposite sides of the channels are top sides and connected with a hinge. Between channels with possibility of movement on surfaces of channels there is a retainer (13) and retainer drive connected to it and accessible from the side of the spacer element on the side of channel flanges.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, reliability and safety of caterpillar vehicle fastening.
