FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to molecular biology and oncology, and is aimed at prediction of developing acute renal failure (ARF) after short-term kidney ischemia. From kidney tissue samples before the ischemia total RNA is extracted, cDNA is obtained, amplification is carried out in real time and calculation of relative expression of genetic loci CASP3, CASP8, CASP9 and ACTB. At the level of relative gene expression RECASP3=(3.17±0.9)*10-2; RECASP8=(5.87±0.8)*10-2 and RECASP9=(4.34±1.6)*10-2 in renal tissue developing of ARF in postoperative period is predicted. At the level of RECASP3=(6.08±1.2)*10-2; RECASP8=(15.87±3.6)*10-2 and RECASP9=(29.26±9.5)*10-2 a favourable postoperative period is predicted.
EFFECT: invention enables early prediction of ARF development complications in patients suffered laparoscopic resection of kidneys in the conditions of thermal ischemia.
