FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is intended for the medical prevention and correction of structural and functional disorders of the renal parenchyma caused by heat ischemia and subsequent reperfusion during laparoscopic resection of the kidney. 15 % aqueous solution of sodium fumaric acid is used, which is administered intravenously at a rate of 60 drops/min in a single dose of 100.0 ml 3 times a day of surgery, twice a day for three days after it.
EFFECT: method allows to preserve the functional and structural usefulness of renal tissue during laparoscopic kidney resection performed in conditions of thermal ischemia and subsequent reperfusion.
