FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for early detection of acute renal injury and timely prescription of appropriate therapy. Substance of invention is that after cystoscopy, catheterization of both ureters, in urine flowing from both kidneys, by enzyme immunoassay, determining level of cystatin C and L-FABP before laparoscopic resection in conditions of thermal ischemia, if cystatin is within range of 109.5-133 ng/ml in urine of kidney affected by cancer, and within 95.3-124.9 ng/ml in urine of contralateral kidney, if L-FABP is within 36-46.6 ng/ml in urine of kidney affected by cancer, and within 45.1-52.5 urine of contralateral kidney, a probability of developing acute damage of both kidneys in first postoperative day is predicted.
EFFECT: disclosed method is easily reproducible in hospital oncological profile, is low-cost, fast to implement, early preclinical prediction of complications of development SPD enables timely correct identification of approach of surgical and medicinal treatment, increases efficiency of prediction of developing acute renal injury after operation.
