FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical chemistry and concerns a method for quantitative determination of distigmine bromide, demecastigmine bromide and flupirtine medicinal agents. Method involves dissolving analysed samples in alcohol, holding while stirring until complete dissolution, treating with an alcohol solution of KOH at low heating. Further, method includes adding a methanol solution of nickel (II) sulphate and ammonia solution, extracting a coloured precipitate of a complex salt with chloroform, drying with an organic layer of anhydrous sodium sulphate and photoelectric colorimetry.
EFFECT: use of method enables high-accuracy determination of distigmine dibromide, demecastigmine dibromide and flupirtine.
