SUBSTANCE: invention may find use particularly as a precursor of bone, cosmetics or creating ceramics. Proposed is a process which is characterized in that the nanocomposite preparation is carried out in the biosynthesis of the nano-gel film of cellulose with the inclusion of Gluconacetobacter xylinus into hydroxyapatite medium. Hydroxyapatite in the form of a paste is introduced into the culture medium in the biosynthesis of the nano-gel cellulose film Gluconacetobacter xylinus strain N 1629 CALU. Cellulose in the produced nano-gel films in the composite is chemically bonded to hydroxyapatite.

EFFECT: nano-gel cellulose film of Gluconacetobacter xylinus have satisfactory mechanical properties in a dry condition and after swelling in water daily can be used as a precursor in bone tissue and other medical fields, as well in the art.
