FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy, particularly to preparation of modifying ligatures aluminum-titan, which are used in production of aluminium alloys for crushing structures of cast articles. In the method of milling of particles of titanium aluminide TiAl3 occurs due to introduction of ligature at its melting in vacuum induction high-frequency furnace at 1,100-1,200°C and rarefaction 0.799-1.066 PA to 0.05 wt% of tantalum nitride nanopowder TaN contained in the volume of the pressed rod consisting of a composition of particles of aluminum and nitride nanopowder tantal TaN, with subsequent casting of ligature into molds without removing vacuum.
EFFECT: invention enables to use ligature for crushing of structures of cast alloys, modifying agent in which are particles of intermetallic compound of titanium aluminide TiAl3.
