SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pass element, which operates as a fastener. Pass element (300) includes housing (305), which includes channel (320), herewith the housing has an area with reduced diameter located on the outer surface of the housing; plug (325) located in channel (320) and substantially blocking channel (320); one or more conductors (328) passing through plug (325); herewith the pass element is made with the possibility of detachable or permanent attachment to the first component and with the possibility of detachable and positioned attachment to the second component, wherein the pass element connects the second component with the first component, while the pass element forms a turning interface of connection to the second component. Area (313) with reduced diameter is configured to receive the ends of one or more protruding fasteners (330) of the second component.
EFFECT: possibility of turning the second component for its fixation.
