SUBSTANCE: proposed is a device for oral care comprising a handle connected to a head having a surface wherefrom a cleaning element extends having a distal end. Handle contains a gripping structure making at least a section of the outer surface of the handle; herewith the gripping structure can turn relative to the head around the axis passing through the cleaning element at a point on the cleaning element between the head surface and the distal end of the cleaning element.
