From the front surface (121) of the head (110), multiple tooth-cleaning element (130) may branch; the hole is formed by multiple segments positioned at a distance from each other and made of a hard material; the multiple segments include a cross-shaped segment (140(integrated with the distal end of the handle (110) and branching from it), the first pair of segments (141, 145) positioned on opposite sides of the longitudinal section (140A) of the cross-shaped segment (140) and the second pair of segments (142, 144) positioned on opposite sides of the longitudinal section (140A) of the cross-shaped segment (140); the first pair of segments (141, 145) is positioned on the opposite side of the cross-wise section (140B) of the cross-shaped segment (140) relative to the second pair of elements (142, 144). The segments of the first and the second pairs are connected to the cross-shaped segment (140).
