FIELD: pipes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipelines repair by a solid resealing method. During repair operation is stopped, a product is removed from the pipeline, isolation is opened and removed. Pipe is examined and rejected after evaluating defects validity. If necessary, pipes are repaired. Then the pipes are welded to the line, pipeline is isolated, laid and buried. Before evaluating risks and defects screening according to control data and working drawings a diameter, maximum working pressure value on the repaired section, sections boundaries of various categories and presence of start units and receiving intratubal diagnostics projectiles are determined. Reliability value at responsibility is specified using the relationship: kn = kCD·(1+5.5·10-4·p2·D3·m), where kCD - diagnostics availability value, kCD= 1.1 without the possibility of pipes intratubal diagnostics, kCD= 1.0 with the possibility of pipes intratubal diagnostics; p-value of working pressure in the pipeline, MPa; D - nominal pipeline diameter, m; m - operating conditions coefficient.
EFFECT: technical result is reduced pipes consumption during pipeline repair by taking into account the specified value of reliability at responsibility of the pipeline considering its actual structural and operating parameters.
