SUBSTANCE: described is a curable composition apportioned between at least one part A and at least one part B of composition, wherein said parts of composition are sealed within barrier mean, including: (i) one or more alkenyl-containing polymers, having at least one or at least two alkenyl moieties per molecule, (ii) one or more SiH-containing polymers, having at least one or at least two SiH units per molecule, and additionally:(iii) a catalyst for curing by addition of alkenyl-containing prepolymer (i) to SiH-containing prepolymer (ii), wherein composition is located within or upon at least two respective receptacles or supports, and said parts of composition are adapted to be dispensed from receptacles or released from supports in cooperative manner facilitating close contact and curing thereof, where receptacle(s) or support(s) of composition have heat resistance at high temperature or at temperature higher than 123 °C for period longer than 18 hours.

EFFECT: antiseptic composition is easy adapted to fill wound.
