FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to treating wounds, including use of local negative pressure therapy in area of wound. For this curable composition is proposed containing at least one component A and at least one component B. Wherein following things are distributed between them: one or more alkenyl group-containing polymers (i) with at least one alkenyl group or fragment in molecule; one or more SiH-containing polymers (ii) with at least one Si-H link per molecule; and catalyst (iii) for hardening at addition of alkenyl-containing polymer (i) to SiH-containing polymer (ii). Components A and B independently have elasticity at 23 °C within 5–300 Pa⋅s, preferably 10–100 Pa⋅s at shear rate of 10 s^-1 and at connection with another component they have hardening time at 23 °C within 0.5 to 25 minutes. Wherein, when applied to place near wound bandage, when above wound bandage covers area of wound and skin around it, composition is cured in contact with edge of said bandage and skin at 32 °C till production of elastomer with zero or low adhesive power during time varying from 0.5 to less than 30 minutes. Invention also discloses methods of preparation and sterilization of such compositions, as well as methods of use thereof. Proposed device comprises device for application of composition on wound. Kit includes wound bandage and sealant composed of said composition.
