SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a testing device for a layout of a testing and a contact devices containing a testing unit including a contact unit containing a plug-in element to break electrical connection, as well as two first measuring contacts. Herewith on the plug-in element there are two electrically conducting contact plates, each forming an electrically conducting connection with one of the two first measuring contacts. Measuring contacts are placed on the opposite side of the testing unit from the plug-in element, herewith the measuring contacts are placed at an angle relative to each other and/or with a vertical displacement relative to each other. Invention also relates to a testing device comprising at least two testing units, each of which comprises a contact unit, each having a plug-in element and two first measuring contacts, herewith the testing units and/or contact units are located with a vertical displacement relative to each other. Invention also relates to a layout of the testing and the contact devices comprising a testing device of the said type and a contact device, in which the above said testing device can be installed.

EFFECT: technical result is creation of layouts providing measurement of relevant to the working mode electrical values without interrupting the current operation.
