SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Device contains cylindrical case, at least, three resilient intermediate plates, each of which has base and anterior end. Base is fixed in specified location on internal side of cylindrical case. Anterior end continues on spiral along internal circumference of cylindrical case. Air chambers for tightening of intermediate plates are intended for compression of intermediate plates. Measuring air chambers are located from internal side of respective intermediate plates in such a way that anterior end of one intermediate plate continues in radial way inside above and with overlapping of, at least, base of the nearest next intermediate plate, located before anterior end. Disclosed is version of device, in which intermediate plates are replaced with measuring air chambers.

EFFECT: ensuring compression of entire measuring surface of measured body area.
