FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the maritime industry and concerns, in particular, a catamaran boat (1), comprising: first catamaran craft (1a) functioning independently, having a prevailing direction of longitudinal development along median axis (x) and comprising bow (2a), stern (3a), motor means (4a) and directional means (5a); second catamaran craft (1b) functioning independently, having a prevailing direction of longitudinal development along median axis (x) and comprising bow (2b), stern (3b), motor means (4b) and directional means (5b), where said first catamaran craft (1a) and said second catamaran craft (1b) each comprise joining means for their mutual stable coupling, obtained matching relative sterns (3a, 3b), on transverse junction plane (P), so that said catamaran boat (1) is able to function as a single unit.
EFFECT: creation of a modular catamaran boat with a certain lifting capacity, which varies in order to meet any carriage conditions; as well design of a strong, rigid catamaran boat, the carrying capacity of which is easily changed in conditions of maximum safety for the operators and characterised by high ease of manoeuvring.
