FIELD: heat engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used to perform weather-dependent heat flow control in central heating systems of buildings and structures. In method of controlling operating mode of heating system, which comprises periodic supply of heat carrier in building heating system in form of a pulse whose duration is shorter than or equal to a preset period of heat carrier flow control in building heating system, in measurement of heat carrier temperature in return line of building heating system and in measurement of ambient air temperature, as well as in correction of pulse duration of heat carrier, specified value of heat carrier temperature in return line is functionally linked with temperature of ambient air, minimum step is introduced and its multiple step of change of pulse duration of heat carrier is set in each period of control, and a step change of heat carrier temperature in return line is predetermined for period of heat carrier flow control at minimum value of pulse duration of heat carrier, equal to minimum step of change of pulse duration of heat carrier in control period, wherein at beginning of each period of control, specified value of heat carrier temperature in return line is compared with heat carrier temperature in return line, determining rounded value ki - coefficient of frequency of correction off step of change of pulse duration of heat carrier in said period of heat carrier flow rate control and correcting value of pulse duration of heat carrier in i-th period of heat carrier flow rate control.
EFFECT: higher reliability, efficiency and accuracy of control of heat consumption of building included in central heat supply system.
