FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: device for controlling heat consumption comprises a supply line at its outlet a key is installed, a heat consumer with a stand-by heating system connected to a circulation pump, return line, control unit connected to the key, to the circulation pump and to a temperature sensor installed at the consumer's input. Non-return valve is connected to a pressure pump that is connected to a balancing valve its output is connected to a key and a plate heat exchanger that is connected to the inlet of the check valve and to the return line. Plate heat exchanger is connected to the heat consumer, and the circulation pump is connected to the plate heat exchanger. Frequency converter is connected to the pressure pump, that is connected to the control unit. Second temperature sensor is installed on the output of the key. Third temperature sensor is installed at the return line inlet. Second and third temperature sensors are connected to the control unit.
EFFECT: increase in the speed at the transition between the operation modes and the regulation of the velocity of the coolant transfer are provided.
