SUBSTANCE: used to control the heating system of residential, public and industrial buildings. The device for managing heat consumption in the heating system of a building includes a source of thermal energy connected through the supply and return pipelines, a three-way control valve, a circulation pump, an admixture pipeline, a control unit, outdoor air and coolant temperature sensors in the supply pipeline to the heating system, while as sources of thermal energy use their own heat generator. Additionally, a low-temperature circuit of the heating system is introduced, connected through a mixing three-way cock, a circulation pump of the low-temperature circuit and a temperature sensor of the cooled coolant located at the outlet of the low-temperature circuit of the heating system.

EFFECT: reduction of the temperature rise in heated rooms and increase in the power efficiency of the building.
