SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and surgery. Laparotomy is performed. Upper pole of the cyst is opened. Cyst is emptied. Cyst cavity is filled with liquid nitrogen to full. After thawing exposure is repeated for another 1-3 times. At wall resection line exposure of cryodestructor is repeated. Edge of remained cyst walls are resected within healthy tissues. Residual cyst cavity is left open.
EFFECT: method enables reducing manifestation degree of pain syndrome, duration of postoperative period, risk of complications due to more complete, mild destruction of epithelial lining of walls and obliteration of residual cyst cavity.
