FIELD: sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of sports equipment and can be used for selection of optimal equipment in such sports as cross-country and downhill skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing. Device comprises a transponder with a wireless communication module, suspended on a sportsman leg, and reflectors placed on the route, transponder has a adjustment of distance range to the reflector and adjustment of sensitivity to the reflected signal power, signal received from the transponder in real time is transmitted via wireless communication to a computer, tablet, mobile telephone or other gadget and processed by special software with preservation of the obtained results in a file and visualisation of these results in the form of digital and graphic information on the dynamics of speed variations of moving in path sections on each of the test sliding surfaces of sports equipment separately or their comparative combination.
EFFECT: can be used for selection of optimal equipment in such sports as cross-country and downhill skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing.
