FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: fan includes a base and a nozzle mounted on base. Base includes an impeller and a motor for driving impeller to generate an air flow. Nozzle includes an air inlet, an air outlet, and an annular casing which defines a bore through which air from outside fan is drawn by air emitted from air outlet. Ioniser is located within bore of nozzle for treating air drawn through bore.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at considerably increasing part o total air flow generated by fan and treated with ioniser.
