FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of building structures, specifically to production of hollow core reinforced concrete slabs by bench non-shutter forming. In body of slab 1 there are cavities 4, and prestressed effective reinforcements 2 and 3 located near lower face and upper face of body 1 of slab respectively. Cavities 4 and effective reinforcements 2 and 3 are oriented along flight of body 1 of slab. External surfaces of effective reinforcement 2 and 3 in support sections 5 of body 1 of slab are attached to it by closed external elements, made of flexible metal plates 6 and 7 in form of bands, and are shifted relative to each other in opposite directions, and at end of their connection are fixed overlapping each other. Plates 6 and 7 are rigidly connected with effective reinforcements 2 and 3 by welding and are placed in body of fibre concrete 8. Middle part of slab body 1 with effective reinforcements 2 and 3 is additionally equipped with framed reinforcement made of ribbed high-strength wire 10 and 11 in form of closed sinusoid in plan view, there are also at least two elements, which are shifted relative to each other in opposite directions, rigidly coupled with effective reinforcements 2 and 3 by welding and arranged in body of steel fibre concrete 12. Vibration moulding of all sections in said slab is performed simultaneously.
EFFECT: technical result is providing carrying capacity of slab with broader technological capabilities of manufacture, specifically possibility of continuous moulding, high crack resistance at erection.
