METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF SLAB ON PRODUCTION LINE OF OFF-FORMWORK MOLDING Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC B28B23/04 E04B5/00

Abstract RU 2715135 C1

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of building structures, particularly, to production of hollow-core reinforced concrete slabs by bench-topping. Method of making a slab on a process line of off-formwork molding includes production of a floor slab with installation and tensioning of high-strength working reinforcement above the stand of the technological line. Note here that said slabs are formed by application of autonomous moving concrete feeder. In addition, the combine is equipped with a hinged line for lubrication of the surface of the stand part of the table of the process line and a hinged pneumatic line and placed above the stressed working fittings and along the movement path of the autonomous combine. Lubricant is first supplied between the rods of the stressed working reinforcement on the surface of the table stand part by means of nozzles, and then the mixture of concrete is supplied. At that, lubricant is supplied through dosing units into nozzles directed with their outlets downwards, towards stand bench part below stressed working fittings, but above table bench stand surface. At that nozzles with proportioners are connected by distribution pipes to the main pipeline, which in its turn is connected in series along the circuit with control valve, pressure sensor, filter, pump and tank fixed on the combine. Note here that vessel is filled with lubricant. Each nozzle is connected by distributing pneumatic tubes to the pneumatic main line, and then to the pressure and air flow rate regulator connected to the compressor by means of the receiver. Spraying of lubricant directly above surface of table bench part is carried out synchronously with connection of control valve by means of automatic switching on movement sensor of combine, arranged on process line with hinged suspension for lubrication with possibility of supply of latter under pressure.

EFFECT: enlarging technological capabilities, increasing efficiency of bench line in molding concrete mixture and improving reliability of floor slab.
