FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, particularly, to systems for expanding the stoma and introduction of non-vascular catheter tube. System includes a device to expand the stoma, comprising: a tubular holder having length, width and longitudinal axis and making a passage through the device; a blown balloon-dilator mounted on the tubular holder to expand the ostomy port; a channel for blowing the balloon-dilator; a blown retaining balloon mounted on the tubular holder to stabilize the body cavity part, which is not a vascular cavity and is interconnected with the ostomy port, and a channel for blowing the retaining balloon; and a non-vascular catheter tube configured to be inserted to embrace partially or completely the balloon-dilator been blown, through the expanded ostomy port into the body cavity part, which is not a vascular cavity, stabilized by the retaining balloon. Herewith the device for expanding the stoma is configured with the possibility of blowing-off and at least partial withdrawal through the catheter tube.
EFFECT: using the invention provides reducing the risk of injury of the oesophagus and additional complications in the stomach cavity paries at its fixation relative to the abdominal wall.
