FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: indicator assembly applicable with a non-vascular catheter device comprises: the first retainer attached to a catheter tube and representing an input retainer unfolded inside the human body; the second retainer attached to the catheter tube and positioned outside of the body, and the indicator mounted on the catheter tube outside the body between the first and second retainers. The first and second retainers are configured to maintain their substantially permanent mutual position on the tube, whereas the indicator is configured to indicate the position change of the first or second retainer, which testifies to the stoma length change. Also, there is disclosed the version of the indicator assembly, wherein an indication element is configured to move in relation to another indication element. What is also disclosed is the position control system of the retainer of the non-vascular catheter device, a repositioned indicator system and a method for positioning an outer retainer of the catheter.

EFFECT: group of inventions simplifies the process of controlling the stomal canal length change.
