FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in tooth gears. Lubricating device contains pair of annular pads with outer diameter equal to wheel toothed rim tips circumference diameter, and ID smaller than teeth bases circumference diameter fixed on wheel body ends, with gaps from relative to toothed rim with teeth end faces. In each gap flat plate is arranged, which surfaces are parallel to wheel rotation plane. Plates are arranged symmetrically relative to each other, with its upper part located above toothed rim tips, plates are rigidly fixed on base, stationary relative to rotating wheel. Plates fill gaps along their entire radial cross-section with possibility to enable free wheel rotation relative to plates. Plates ends facing towards wheel center, are equidistant to annular pads inner surfaces circumferences to which they face. Plates ends located along toothed rim height, are oriented radially to wheel, and plates ends arranged teeth run-on onto them side during wheel rotation are inclined towards toothed rim ends.
EFFECT: higher quality of gear wheel lubrication.
