FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine engineering and can be used in the tooth-wheel gears, the tooth-wheels of which are lubricated with plastic lubricants. A lubricating device contains a pair of annular linings reinforced on the wheel body ends with the gaps against the ends of the teeth ring. There is a flat plate in each gap, the surfaces of which are parallel to the wheel plane. The plates are located symmetrically against each other. The plates are rigidly reinforced on the base, which is stationary against the rotating wheel, with their upper section placed above the tooth ring vertices. The plates fill the gaps around their radial cross section with the possibility of the free wheel rotation against the plates. The ends of the plates, facing the center of the wheel, are equidistant to the circles of the annular lining internal surfaces to which they are directed. The ends of the plates along the height of the tooth ring from the side of the lateral teeth surfaces lagging during the wheel rotation, are oriented radially against the wheel; and the same ends located from the side of the climbing lateral surfaces, are made equidistant to these surfaces and sloping towards the tooth ring ends.
EFFECT: improving quality of the tooth-wheel lubrication is provided.
