FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in tooth gears. Gear wheel includes a body, a toothed rim with teeth and a pair of ring pads. Ring pads are secured at the body ends sections adjacent to the toothed rim while adjoining the teeth ends without attachment to them. On inner surfaces of sections of the ring pads overlapping recesses of the toothed rim, in the sections where they are adjacent to the side surfaces of the teeth there are cutouts arranged along the entire length of the said surfaces, the cutouts in their cross-sections along their entire length are in form of rectangles. Cutouts depth is the same over their entire length, width of the cutouts in the plane of the gear wheel rotation is variable, varying from the minimum to the maximum in the movement direction of the teeth of the conjugated paired gear wheel along adjacent to the cutouts side surfaces of the teeth. Thickness of sections of the ring pads between the recesses on the side of inner surfaces of the ring pads is reduced by the value of a required gap between the said surfaces and end faces of the toothed rim of the conjugated paired gear wheel of the tooth gear.
EFFECT: provided is higher quality of the gear wheel lubrication.
