SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a tubular welding wire, method of production thereof and welding parts with using said wire. Tubular welding wire includes a sheath and a granular core, disposed within a sheath, comprising greater than approximately 2.4 % glassy slag promoter by weight, in the form of one or more agents selected from the group consisting of: titanium dioxide, a borate, and sodium oxide, as well as gas agents, alloying agents, and deoxidizing and denitrifying agents. Method of making a tubular welding wire comprises production of a granular core by mixing agglomerates and disposing the produced granular core within a metallic sheath to form the tubular welding wire. Method of welding parts comprises feeding a welding wire, control of the feeding the welding wire and control of the current.
EFFECT: technical result is higher quality of a welded seam.
