FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dermatology, and can be used for removal of traumatic impregnation in scar. Nd:YAG Q-Switched laser is applied in two stages: at first stage 2 procedures are performed every 21 days in 3 passages with wave length of 1,064 nm, energy density of 0.5 J/cm2 and frequency of 8 Hz. At the second stage, 2 procedures are carried out with interval of 30 days in 1 pass with wavelength of 1,064 nm and frequency of 3 Hz with a full beam, wherein the first procedure at the second stage is carried out with energy density of 2.0 J/cm2, and the second procedure with density energy 2.6 J/cm2. Additionally, 7 procedures of carbon dioxide gas injections are performed.
EFFECT: method enables achieving the pronounced result, eliminating the pigment and levelling the surface of the scar tissue due to the combined staged exposure to the neodymium laser and carboxytherapy.
