FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: dental stick includes a monolithic handle and a working end with lower and upper planes and a sponge made of porous material and tightly adjacent to the working end surface. The dental stick is made of white material. The working end has the form of an elongated blade with a free end 1-4 mm wide. The sponge is made of a coloured opaque material, covers the entire surface of the working end, sponge layer thickness does not exceed 1.5 mm. A cleaning layer made of a darker solid fine-grained abrasive material intended for cleaning heavily soiled surfaces is firmly adhered to the outer surface of the sponge in one plane of the bayonet. The dental stick, the sponge, the adhesive and the cleaning layer are made of dental materials without any aggressive effect.

EFFECT: invention allows to improve the quality and aesthetic result of emergency oral hygiene while removing the stains of household, food and medicinal dyes from the surface of teeth and installed dental structures.
