FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for butter production from cream in small farming enterprises, in household conditions and in working areas with the voltage electric drive of 220 V. Mechanical butter maker contains cylindrical drum (1) with springs, hinged cover (3), tension springs (2), electric motor (5), driving (6) and driven (8) pulleys of a belt transmission, rolling bearings (9), intermediate drive shaft (10) and drain valve (11) of waste buttermilk (ayran). Drum outside strictly along the longitudinal axis of symmetry is rigidly connected with two cranks (14) of the drive from a pair of the driven pulleys. Top edges of the cylindrical drum casing circle are equipped with located diametrically opposite lugs. Inside holes of the lugs there are lower ends of the tension springs. Upper ends of the springs are fixed to the body of frame (12) for intensive and equilibrium agitation of the product with the lowest costs of electric power.

EFFECT: invention provides higher intensity of oil extraction.
