FIELD: data processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for classification of rocks, construction and other materials. Mesh pneumatic classifier comprises cylindrical housing (10), fan (1), loading (4) and unloading devices. Housing is divided into working chambers (11, 14, 17) classifying meshes (13, 16, 17). Classifying meshes are located perpendicular to the air mixture flow. Size of the meshes cells decreases along the air mixture flow direction. Housing is equipped with diffuser (9) with ejector (8). Loading device in the form of a hollow cylinder consists of boosting (3) and mixing (6) parts. Boosting part on the side of the air flow inlet is provided with converging-diverging nozzle (2). Mixing part is located after the boosting one along the air flow direction. Mixing part on the inner surface has swirler (7) of the air mixture. Each of the working chambers in the lower part has slotted hole (26, 24, 22). Under each of the slotted holes there are unloading devices. Unloading devices are made as separate bins (27, 25, 23) with locking mechanisms in the lower parts.
EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency and productivity of separation.
