SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to physiology and sports medicine, and can be used to determine the dynamics of the mental capacity at various types and intensity of physical and mental loads. Tests are performed to determine memory capacity, volume of attention and mental performance with time-related dosage with further interpretation of the results. Tests used to determine the memory include the test to determine the level of retention, i.e. “10 words test” by Luria A.R, level of visual memory of twelve pictures, i.e “12 pictures test”, test to determine the volume of attention includes the Schulte-Platonov tables, and to determine the mental productivity, the Anfimov tables are used. Mental efficiency is calculated using standard units and mathematical formula.

EFFECT: method increases the accuracy of determining mental capacity, including determining mental capacity due to usage of significant criteria of diagnostic tests.
