SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and sports, particularly to sports medicine. It involves psychophysiological, morphofunctional tests and physical fitness assessment tests. Psychophysiological testing involves evaluating a simple visual-motor reaction by presenting series of 5 red light stimuli, assessment of complex visual-motor reaction by presenting series of 10 light stimuli with random distribution of green and red color, assessment of type of temperament using a test "determination of individual time unit", evaluation of work efficiency, degree of viability, mental stability with the help of Schulte test. Morphofunctional block of tests includes evaluation of growth, assessment of vital signs, determination of the type of skeleton, determination of type of muscular fibers, determination of body type. Unit of tests for assessment of physical readiness includes measurement of speed abilities, measurement of coordination abilities, assessment of endurance - BIP test. All obtained values are evaluated. Obtained values are summed up. And with the total score of 11 points, the child is recommended to play football.

EFFECT: method enables diagnosing a child's body from various aspects of development and condition, predisposition to successful playing football.
