Ventilation system with removal of products of exhalation containing a sensor element connected to the input of removal control means or means of removing and cleaning the air in a room, herewith it can be made only with air cleaning means, and the sensor element is configured able to detect presence, in a known point of the room, or a position of people and animals, a the means for removing and/or cleaning the air and/or appropriate control means for means of removing or cleaning the air are made with the possibility of removing and cleaning mainly air portions with highest content of products of exhalation of people and animals present in the room.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency and economy of the ventilation system, as well as improved environmental friendliness of municipal buildings.
