FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a piezoelectric variable-speed wave drive with a constant torque with the possibility of implementing an intensity selector in the form of digital control in a wide range from units N*m to hundreds N*m, for example in automation, robots, valves and pharmacological spargers (reactors) with high start-stop characteristics, and also for functioning in a vacuum and other media. Summary of the invention consists in that a single-pair wave piezoelectric motor, including a housing, output shaft mounted on two supports each is vibration resistant, contains piezoelectric converters (PET), changing the geometric shape in the circumferential direction from a cylindrical shape to an elliptical shape, for example, a ring or a cylinder; when a polyelectrode voltage source is connected to a polyelectrode voltage and a flexible bearing is conjugated to it, traveling waves of deformation appear in the PET, which carry a elliptical cam, which is integral with the output link, through the flexible bearing, so that the output links are brought together in a rotary motion. With the appropriate adjustment of the amplitude, frequency and phase of the multiphase voltage source, single-pair motor transfers almost all the useful power to the output shaft with a stable torque. In the bearing separators of bearings, output links, output shaft and flexible bearings, sliding friction is replaced by rolling friction in a separator made of balls and by introducing limiters of different designs of axial movement of the balls and their rolling out beyond the tracks, that prevents jamming of bearings and reduces friction in them. Single-head engine is made in hermetic design. Mass production of piezoelectric cells by specialized factories and well-developed technologies for manufacturing PET in the Russian Federation will allow small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in Russia to master the production of piezo-motors.
EFFECT: technical result, which also includes the efficient removal of heat from the PET to maintain the prism material below the Curie point, is provided by cooling systems.
