FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Pneumatic tire comprises tread (2) that contains middle land portions (6), which are restricted with central main grooves (3) and shoulder main grooves (4). Middle land portions (6) have inner middle lateral grooves (8) and outer middle lateral grooves (9). Inner middle lateral grooves (8) include: first inclined portions (10), which have the inclination angle (91) of 10-40° relative to the tire lengthwise direction and extend outwards in the axial direction of the tire; second inclined part (12), which have inclination direction, opposite the direction of inclination of first inclined portion (10), extend inwards in the axial direction of the tire and end, and bent portions (11) between them. Outer middle lateral grooves (9) communicate more with second inclined portions (12) than with outer edges (8th) of inner middle lateral grooves (8) in the axial direction and interconnect with shoulder main grooves (4). Outer middle lateral grooves (9) are inclined in the same way as first inclined portions of inner middle lateral grooves (8), and are inclined at an angle (93) 30-70° in the lengthwise direction of the tire.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of drainage and noise characteristics of a tire.
