FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, surgery. Transitory sampling of abdominal organ complex and of retroperitoneal space by evisceration with replantation in experiment on patient model. After opening of abdominal cavity temporary axillary-femoral arterial and venous shunts are set. Complex is removed and cold perfusion arrest of organs is made. Complex is placed on surgical table. Surgical treatment of target organs is simulated, whereupon temporary shunts are removed, complex of abdominal organs is replanted. Replantation, restoring arterial and venous blood circulation and integrity of incised anatomical structures.
EFFECT: method enables simulating transplantation, surgical intervention, applicability of abdominal organs and retroperitoneal space organs for subsequent use.
