FIELD: radio equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used in various receiving-transmitting radio equipment. Tunable harmonics self-oscillator is made on bipolar transistor connected by common base circuit. In the generator there used are in-series connected inductances 19, 20, 21, 22 and capacitors 23, 24, 26, 25, accordingly. Second plates of capacitors are connected to the bus, and common points of each pair of elements are connected to terminals of supply sources of supply voltages to electrodes of transistor 34 and control of varicap 39. Device comprises three circuits: emitter, basic and collector. Emitter circuit includes parallel connection of inductance 20 and total capacitance of in-series connected varicap and capacitor 35. Basic circuit includes inductance 40 and capacitors 36, 37. Collector circuit includes series-connected inductance 41 and capacitor 38. Collector circuit is connected to 50-ohm output through capacitor 29.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of power level of the selected harmonics of tunable generators relative to output power of oscillations of their main frequency.
