FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of detecting preset properties of container article, in particular, made of plastic. Besides, invention refers to device for implementation of above method. Method of detecting preset properties of filled and sealed container item (9, 11, 109, 111), formed by blow-out, in particular, made of plastic. At that, actual value of at least one specified property automatically determined on, at least one section (1-7, 101-107) of control instrument monitoring and compared with design value of this property. For container product in form of container belt (9, 109) with containers (11, 111), made of plastic and connected together with possibility of separation in connection points, containers (11, 111) are separated using machine. At that, force required for said separation is set. Then containers are separated by their unscrewing from container belt (9, 109) on separate, preferably, first section (1, 101) of monitoring. At that, torque required for unscrewing is defined automatically. Then for containers (11, 111) filled with container contents, separated containers (11, 111) by means of machine are moved to monitoring section (2, 102), where they are weighted for automatic determination of their total weight. At that, weighted containers (11, 111) by means of machine are moved to monitoring section (3, 103) and emptied there, and emptied containers (11, 111) by means of machine are delivered to monitoring section (4, 104), where they are weighed to determine their own containers weight. At that, total weight is automatically compared with said container weight, defined for establishing weight of container contents.

EFFECT: higher efficiency in production of container products by means of effective model of quality control, providing possibility to efficiently determine various essential properties of product, as well as higher reliability.
