METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF HEMORRHAGIC FORMS OF DISEASE DEVELOPING IN PATIENTS, SUFFERING FROM ERYSIPELAS OF LOWER EXTREMITIES Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC G01N33/48

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to method of prognosis of developing hemorrhagic forms of erysipelas in patients suffering from erysipelas of lower extremities. Method for prognosis of developing hemorrhagic forms of erysipelas in patients suffering from erysipelas of lower extremities (ELE), involving biochemical blood examination in patients with ELE in first three days from onset of clinical symptoms leptin level in blood serum, resistin and coagulogram are determined: APTT and fibrinogen; critical values of above indicators are assigned with points: leptin level increase from 51.7 to 57.9 ng/ml corresponds to 1 point; from 58.0 ng/ml and more - 2 points; increase of resisting level to 17.0 ng/ml corresponds to 1 point, while 17.1-20.0 ng/ml corresponds to 2 points; increase of coagulogram parameters: APTT 36 s and more corresponds to 0.5 points fibrinogen level 7 g/l or more corresponds to 0.5 points; then total adipokine coefficient (Kc) is calculated, equal to sum of points for each indicator; and if Kc is equal to 2-2.4 points, moderate risk of erysipelas hemorrhagic forms (HF) is prognosed; if Kc is equal to 2.5-2.9 points, high risk of erysipelas HP developing is prognosed; if Kc is equal to 3.0 or more points, extremely high risk of erysipelas HP developing is prognosed.

EFFECT: use of above method enables predicting erysipelas hemorrhagic forms developing at early stages of disease in patients suffering from erysipelas of lower extremities.
