SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology. The content of pro-inflammatory cytokines in the blood of women at risk of adverse pregnancy losses is determined - IL-1, IL-6, leptin level, the presence of gene polymorphisms: F2(20210G-> A), F5(1619G-> A), FGB -fibrinogen (G (-455) A), PAI-1 (SERPINE 5G/4G -675), factor XII (F12; NAES), AT-III, protein C, protein S, homocysteine, diagnose APS syndrome: antibodies (AT) to cardiolipin, β-2-glycoprotein, lupus anticoagulant (LA), BMI. Based on the above indicators, risk factors were determined that determine the degree of predicting the course of pregnancy and childbirth in women with a combination of obesity and thrombophilia.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the accuracy and objectivity of predicting perinatal complications in patients with a combination of obesity and thrombophilia during pregnancy and childbirth.
