SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely infectious diseases. Patient is diagnosed with the presence or absence of hemorrhages, organ dysfunction and hepatomegaly. That is followed by evaluating the level of ASAT, ALT, APTT, INR, prothrombin time, thrombocytes. Estimated time of hospital admission, patient's age, leukocyte count and fibrinogen level. Further, parameters are evaluated in points. Total score is determined. If the total score is more than or equal to 11, a high risk of the lethal outcome of CCHF is predicted. If the total score is less than 11, a low risk of the lethal outcome of CCHF is predicted.

EFFECT: method enables accurate and timely prediction of the risk of the fatal outcome in the CCHF patients at the stage of medical care in first-level or second-level health facilities, optimizing the medical care and prevention of nosocomial infection by evaluating the complex of the most significant indicators.
