The system contains at least one “teleoffice” made using a payment terminal with pre-installed software, made with the ability to connect via the Internet to the nginx web server and the operator’s workplace via the Internet; at least one operator’s place connected only during a TCP/UDP video connection to the stun server which is connected to the WebRTC server (janus); at least one nginx web server connected simultaneously with at least one operator’s workplace, made in the form of a personal computer, and a headset, and with at least one teleoffice by two-way communication, connected via HTTP/websocket protocol with at least one php web server, at least one php webhook, websocket server, which are interconnected by two-way communication, as well as with the WebRTC server (janus); at least one redis database connected by two-way communication with the php web server; at least one mongo database associated with the php webhook, websocket server.
