FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing polyurethane foamed material, wherein composition in form of emulsion with a matrix forming component, surfactant component and near-critical or supercritical foaming component is subjected to reduction of pressure. Foaming component also contains a hydrophobic co-component, which is soluble in supercritical CO2 at pressure of ≥ 150 bar, is insoluble in pre-critical CO2 at pressure of ≤ 40 bar, is insoluble in matrix forming component and is also in ratio of ≥ 3 wt% to ≤ 35 wt% foaming component. Described also is a composition in form of an emulsion and foamed material, which can be obtained using method according to invention.
EFFECT: technical result is providing a method for production of foamed polymer material with pore density from ≥ 107 pores/cm3 to ≤ 1018 pores/cm3.
