FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method includes providing reactive to isocyanate component A, mixing, at least, reactive to isocyanate component A and isocyanate component B, thereby obtaining a polyurethane reactive mixture, providing polyurethane reactive mixture in the cavity (11), and lowering the pressure inside the cavity (11) to a value lower than ambient pressure. The said cavity (11) is ventilated to ambient pressure until the gelling time of the polyurethane reaction mixture is reached. Reactive to isocyanate component A contains polyol component A1, which further comprises a physical foaming agent T. The specified component A1 contains simple polyetherpolyol (A1a) obtained by adding epoxide to one or more initial substance chosen from carbohydrates and/or, at least, difunctional alcohols, simple polyetherpolyol (A1b) obtained by adding epoxide to aromatic amine, and complex polyetherpolyol of polyether (A1c) obtained by adding epoxide to the etherification product of derived aromatic dicarboxylic acid and, at least, difunctional alcohol.
